RINF - we are IT company specialized in software consulting, creating
and developing and more - in IT Specialists outsourcing. We are
conducting interior IT projects based on .NET technology. We are
producer of PM Assistant application supporting Project Management.

We are currently looking for:

Support Technician
Location: Wrocław


Responsibilities:

* User's access administration according to the security rules,
* Resolving requests received from users,
* Troubleshooting,
* Documenting solutions and develops instructions.


Requirements:

* User administration general,
* Microsoft environment knowledge (user level 'how to', client level
printing, network and local storage issues - basic, NTFS access
management basics, install/uninstall apps, basic network trouble
(ping, trace route etc.), IE8 basics),
* Basic routines / workflows knowledge,
* Using search engines, working with solution documentation,
* Good English skills (!!!),
* Quick learning ability
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills
