SEM Specialist with French

Key responsibilities
• Perform Search Engine Ranking Reports
• Work with Market Representatives to provide recommendations for keyword optimization in local languages
• Take ownership of existing paid search programs and expand keyword coverage, develop compelling ad copy, and optimize Google AdWords and Bing Ads campaigns
• Perform Keyword audit and recommendations with accordance to market requirement
• Recommend optimization of PPC campaigns based on keyword performance
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
• Work closely with the other team members, and with media agencies to meet client goals
• Proactively identify fact-based trends and opportunities within the marketing campaigns
• Keep up with the latest industry trends and campaign features
• Answer ad hoc SEM questions and preparing ad hoc analysis of SEM campaigns

Qualifications
• BA/BS or Master degree (ideally Marketing, Digital / Computer Science, or Business related)
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, other languages would be an asset
• Minimum 3-year experience working as a SEM specialist for an agency or business
• Proficient knowledge of SEM tactics, keyword research and analytics with focus on lead generation and conversion to sales
• Good knowledge of digital marketing tools: Google AdWords, Bing/Yahoo Ads, Google Analytics (Marin Software would be an asset)
• Experience running and testing remarketing campaigns
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
• Passionate about Internet trends and digital marketing
• Ability to work in a fast paced multinational environment
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, results oriented
