Accenture Operations is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing recommendations to brands on improving content production and user experience online.
- Propagating standard processes and standards for content management and providing guidance to the brand teams.
- Coordinating content adaptation requests between the local market client and the content production hub, this includes assets readiness, creative checks and quality assurance approval values
- Capacity planning, reporting and SLA management
- Constant written and verbal communication with the client and creative agency stakeholders
- Working cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors
- Understanding, following and ensuring others follow all internal and client requirements around content lifecycle and also data protection, accessibility and related requirements.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS or Master degree (ideally Marketing, Business or Creative/Arts related)
- Excellent spoken and written language skills in English
- German or French language skills will be an asset
- At least 2-4 years in the field of Digital Content management in a brand facing role
- Strong project management skills including
- Collaboration management skills and understanding of risk management
- Understanding of digital content production processes, digital marketing campaigns and digital creative agency cycles
