Disneymedia+ Coordinator
Poland & CEE territories
Location: Warsaw
Disneymedia+ Coordinator will be a member of Disneymedia+ sales team. She/he will be fully responsible for financial data management of Ad sales and Promotions divisions of Disneymedia+ and will be involved in quarter and annual forecast processes. This person will closely cooperate with accounting department, different lines of business of The Walt Disney Company’s teams based in Warsaw, London and Budapest and also with local and international business partners in CEE region.
Responsibilities
- As a casual buyer for CEE issue POs and process all cost invoices of DM+ team in SAP.
- Create new vendors in SAP.
- Manage reporting and data analysis: collect and record weekly and monthly ad sales revenue forecast reports from agents.
- Record final revenue reports (CEE IO tracker, Ad sales total revenue and all clients post spend reports); check accuracy of data.
- Deliver data and backup information for issuing invoices and monitor invoices flow.
- Conduct quarter and year-end close process as well as annual operating planning and quarterly forecasting.
- Performing quarterly variance analysis and explanation within relevant revenue and cost areas.
- Manage barters from the formal perspective.
- Share programming information and updates with agents on the regular basis.
- Create ad-hoc reports as required.
- Support the team in necessary tasks.
Experience, education and skill requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel practical knowledge of SAP.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
- Ability to work accurately to short deadlines. Strong planning and organizational capabilities, ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Positive attitude to cooperation.
- Understanding key business drivers and pro-active attitude.
- Polytechnic / University degree in Finance, Business or similar.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Work experience in a multinational company with complex structure.
- High level of flexibility and adaptability, being open for challenges.
