Marketing Program Specialist / Senior Specialist
Accenture Marketing as a Service Program is dedicated to close cooperation with Accenture Leadership within marketing, communication, sales and interactive marketing space to achieve our corporate goals in line with our corporate standards. Programs can include end-to-end campaign management in the area of sales and marketing support, digital marketing, events, internal communications and recruitment marketing.
Key responsibilities
• Has an understanding of the business and marketing goals of the Program Owner
• Is responsible for executing marketing and communications programs / campaigns
• Acts as advisory to the Program Owner
• Works independently in multicultural environment
• Works with Program Owner / his teams and external agencies (as required by the program) to complete programs with internal client and offshore team
• Leads daily communications with Client / local teams and their corresponding agencies, via requirements gathering, identifying risks, tracking and resolving issues as well as status reporting
• Has knowledge of and adheres to marketing processes and guidelines while executing the programs
Qualifications
• University degree, preferably in marketing area
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in client facing roles related to marketing domain
• internal and external communication
• copy writing and content management
• campaign management and events
• digital marketing
• In-depth understanding of marketing concepts would be a significant asset
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with large number of individuals across all levels in organization and cultures
• Proven record of experience in remote work environment
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must, additional language will be an asset
