SEM/SEO Specialist with English and Dutch
Key responsibilities
• Perform Search Engine Ranking Reports
• Work with Market reps to make recommendations for keyword optimization in local languages
• Perform Keyword audit and recommendations as per market requirement
• Recommend optimization of PPC campaigns based on keyword performance. Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects
• Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals
• Assist in development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals
• Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
• Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
Qualifications
• Experience working as a SEM/SEO specialist for an agency or business.
• Proficiency in SEO/SEM, keyword research and analytics with focus on lead generation and conversion to sales.
• Excellent spoken and written skills in English and Dutch
• Technical skills:
o Google Analytics, Google/Bing Webmaster Tools, Google AdWords Keyword Tool
o OPTIONAL: SEOmoz Pro Tools, OpenSiteExplorer
o OPTIONAL: Xenu and/or Screaming Frog
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• BA/BS or Master degree (ideally Marketing, Digital / Computer Science, or Business related)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
